I ordered 2 tickets for the Gad Elmaleh show in Fribourg (24 May 2025, 8 PM) via Viagogo and paid CHF 221.61. The tickets were promised to arrive by 5 PM via email on the day of the event.
They never arrived. At 7:37 PM, less than 30 minutes before the show, I was told the seller could not provide the tickets. No replacement, no proper help, no support despite their so-called guarantee. We were already at the venue.
We paid for fuel, parking, babysitting, and dinner. The only offer was a vague refund of the ticket price within 8 days without guarantee (!). So absolutely not sure we will get the money back. What about all the time and money we lost?
This is unacceptable. From what I've now read online, this isn't a one-time error. It's a recurring pattern.
Do NOT trust Viagogo. They are unreliable and not consumer-friendly.

Received tickets late on 27th printed it drove to menkyn maine south africa just to hear I got scammed my tickets are nil and void illegal tickets and our seats have occupants

Leider habe ich 511 fr bezahlt im Dezember für 2 Ticket für s Tattoo basel Es sind Ticket gekommen von 2 mal 119 fr . Das kann nicht sein .
Ich bitte sie den fehlende Betrag zurück zu überweisen . Sonst schalte ich das Amt ein .
Oder den ganzen Betrag . 55110**** ist die Ticket Nummer

Terrible customer service - I am still waiting for a full refund on tickets I bought a year ago for Coldplay in August this year.
The company contacted me 4 days before the event to say the tickets were no longer available and I could claim a full refund. After multiple emails and much communication from my side, I have been ignored for the last 3 weeks and no sign of my money either.
Over Euros 2500!!! I am disgusted by the way Viagogo treats its customers.

Wanted 3 tickets for Les Miserables in Geneva
( next November )
Looked on Google
Went for first choice and was offered tickets at 270 each plus fees by Viagogo
Found it a bit expensive but was put under pressure by countdown to purchase
Received tickets and found out that the official provider was selling them at 147 each !
So I was charged more than double the price
Tickets are still available on the official site so no excuse that the were particularly precious or rare

Scam website paid and the ticket didn't come. Call center waiting time is 2 hours. Such bad service and really no one should buy any tickets from Viagogo.

I have just printed my killers tickets (2) priced st £45 value. I am aware of your £50 booking fee.
The total i have been charged is £245 which is obviously wrong, and would like how this has happened, and organise a refund. Was i charged for 4 tickets not 2?
